I would give -100 stars but sadly not alllwed to.
They’re the most vile company to deal with.
They lost paperwork sent via recorded delivery - even tho we showed we had proof someone signed for it. On going issue since 2022 - officially complaint sent July 2023 and took til May 2024 for anyone to contact my dad about it.
And rather than actually deal wlth the issue, they decided to send a deadlock letter so we have to go to ombudsman about it - far as they’re concerned they’re done with it. Not one issue was addressed or was skimmed over.
Most disgusting company to deal with.
