Trying to communicate, and get any sensible resolution, is like pulling teeth. They prefer comms through WhatsApp and their operatives don’t care a less. After several attempts to resolve matters I said don’t worry any more, I give up and will certainly quit when my contract expires to which operative replies - OK no worries! Says it all
