Can you not give NO STARS ? Worst company i have ever encountered . I have a bill stating i am £28 in credit…but they say i owe them nearly £1000 . Despite paying direct debit every month covering my usage…one pensioner ! Meter readings given every month . I want to leave but they say i cant as i owe them all this money …i dont !
