Everything. We get mounds of conflicting letters. The billing is incomprehensible. We left for Octopus on July 15th. Simple ?? NO. OVO continued to send a raft of bills and in spite of settling the final A/C they did not acknowledge this. We wrote letters. We emailed. We phoned. The bills and reminders kept arriving ... two today 24th August. One said we had credit of £70 the other we owed £103 which had been paid weeks earlier and was actually on the £70 credit letter. Now they have referred us to a Credit Reference Agency and we have been 'Downgraded'. Tried to phone but no service over the BH weekend. Hopeless. Pathetic. Useless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
