Everything goes wrong with this company and they never know how to help
I am so exhausted with constantly having to call them and they do nothing
the gas was off for 3 months last time and this time it has been 3 weeks
Do yourself a favour and stay away!
The latest they had me do was run around town to every paypoint I could find to get a new card with a 'code'
After I went through the ordeal I found out that they no longer supply these cards and this is why I could not find one.
Then they sent an 'emergency engineer out' to put some emergency credit on my account.. and of course this has not worked. The gas is still not on... and when I called back she blamed me for not 'hanging on to the engineer' until I was sure it was fixed.
Then she told me that i need to get a boiler specialist in cause it is nothing to do with ovo! which is not true! my boiler is fine
These people do not know what they are doing and it is costing me big time
