I would give 0 stars if I could. We lost our mum and the service has been DISGUSTING. We became off supply at our mums property and needed electric to sort everything out. Been Messed around lots of time, told different things, passed around. To try and get supply back on has been harder than actually arranging the funeral. No condolences, no sorry for mistakes ever. Total arseholes. Still off supply and on hold as I write this.
