The bill was incorrect after many calls to the complaint department nothing was resolved. I explained in detail what caused the incorrect bill. In frustration after many calls I asked actually demanded to speak to manager thinking there was some one in that organisation would have the common sense to sort out this problem, after persisting and asked for help to talk to a manager the line I was told the manger was at a meeting and not available ONLY ONE MANAGER in such a large organisation.
When eventually receive a call back a day later the person calling on my phone remind silent (said nothing and I waited in silence thinking it was a scam call then the voice eventually said my name and the conversation ensued which did not resolve the problem one bit. Dealing with OVO is a night mare from HELL they are the very worst company I have ever encountered.
unprofessional disrespectful by the way they treat their customers.
