"I’ve had nothing but problems with OvoEnergy since they took over my accounts from SSE in August 2023. They’ve been charging me three times more than my actual usage for both gas and electric, and their VAT and service charges are outrageous. Their service plans, which they claim save you money, are deceitful, deceptive, and outright evil. Their customer service, including Dan Wright, is rude. Like many others, I find this company vile, obnoxious, and scandalous. OvoEnergy lies to their customers to make them believe they can save money when they can’t. Their service is absolutely unacceptable."
