Stopped my direct debit account twice ¬ informing me ,sent two bailiffs letters for recovery of debt I didn’t owe, bullied me in setting up a new D/D for my gas this could on be set up if I paid the debt of £96,blamed my Housing association for cancelling my D/D account,no communication,total incompetent staff,no customer care,took all my credit to pay my utility bills although I was paying my bills by new direct debit accounts .👎😡🤬
