Appalling company, we paid a month in
advance to have our meter moved so the wall it was on could be knocked down. No one turned up from Ovo to do it. Spent hours on the phone to them chasing .
SSEN had already disconnected electricity as booked. Ended up 11 hours without electricity. SSEN saved the day and came back out and reconnected electricity for us. Spent hours on phone trying to arrange another appointment for the meter to be moved .
Our building work has been held up because of Ovo’s non appearance for their appointment.
