I have never been with OVO energy, never!! I am with british gas gave been for over 15 years.over the last 3 months i have been receiving threatenung leters infirming me i havent paid my enegy bills! I have phoned and phoned and still cant get them to understand they have the wrong customer. I am a recently widowed pensioner and it is so stressful.i have just received the last letter informing me the baliffs will be contacted. Im scared! Dont know which way to turn. How can i get them to understand they have the wrong person. Its occupier on the lwttersno name? And the post code is not the right one for my address. I have spent hours on the phone trying to tell them but they wont listen. They are the worst energy company, i had never heard of them till these letters started arriving, how can they get away with threatening innocent people and getting away with it!
