Terrible service, reported i was moving out of my property and they closed the account then reopened it claiming I still stayed at my previous address and continued to refuse to refund my credit amount and bill me on charges despite power off. Discussed many times with customer service and emailed complaints but they won't stop. My daughter has pay as you go meter also and they have been billing her also monthly and refuse to stop. Scammers for sure would never use again please avoid!!
