Avoid at all costs. Owners Direct add an extortionate amount to the booking fee. Made a booking which the property owner cancelled and both blame each other. Owners Direct have just fobbed me off and will not get involved yet are prepared to take your money. So disappointed as we were looking forward to our holiday. Avoid Owners Direct/Home and Away at all costs. Go through a proper letting agent and you may pay a bit more but at least your booking will be honoured.
