A comment, not a complaint. I find it so disturbing that companies fail to deliver what they claim. I read the first 10 comments and they confirmed my initial impression while watching the actors attempt to sell a product. They obviously can't get any positive comments from actual customers.
I would say "proceed with extreme caution" , or more simply... Just say " no".
