I switched from another company to Ox care only to be denied my first claim to replace an oil cooler. While lubrication systems are covered it didnt list oil cooler as an specific item. Then when I tried to present a claim for car rental for the time it would take for my car to be in the shop, it was denied because they would not cover the work needed. No help at all. Customer service was polite, but unconcerned. My business was not important to them.
