Oxcare's contract covers two Oil changes per year. On my first oil change, I mailed in the receipt, and they never received it. So, I called and they said to email it in the future which I did and got my refund. My next oil change, which was seven months later, I again emailed the receipt to claims but never got my refund, When I called, they said they will not refund the oil change and that I should have paid the shop directly and called them right then, This IS NOT what they told me to do. They should honor this because it was their mistake. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They have poor communication with their customers
