Nobody from claims took my call from 9am to 3:30 pm no one from claims can take a call . What if I really had a emergency, I canceled my service and put a dispute in with my bank to get my $49 dollars back ! No one said from the beginning my processing fee is non refundable, then truly I would have decided against even obtaining your services. How do stay in business that’s rhetorical
