They will quickly get you added as a policy holder and the moment you need to file a claim you get the run around. Calling claims gets you to a person just to put you into queue so the call handling will not be accepted as the high number that it actually is. You are then placed on a 10 min hold to be sent to a general Voicemail that no one ever answers back too. The operators who initially answer are rude and will transfer you without any concerns to your issues. As you are speaking they just transfer as though they dont care because there job doesn't depend on any common courtesy
