Ox car care has the worst claims department, I have been trying to contact the claims department for almost a month but to no avail. I've left numerous messages and have not received one return call. Also, they sent out an adjuster to inspect the vehicle then ten day later they denied the my claim. Neither customer nor the claims ever answered their phone. I had to call the number I called to purchase the extended warranty in order to speak to someone.
