I worked for this company a few years ago, and they my literally tell you to lie to the customers when they answer the phone. I was paid $12 dollars an hour, and a few dollars commission for each phone call I transferred to a salesperson. But if you call in sick, or a few minutes late, they’d take the commission back that you actually earned. It was the biggest joke of a job that I ever had. The so called owner, Kathy McDonald spent more time on the match.com date site looking for men, then she did monitoring the complaints from customers. She’s a joke, and it’s amazing that this company is allowed to do what they do.
