They signed me up for the diamond package saying that's what I needed for my 14 Escape. Paid my initial fee and then my next month, but the next month there was an issue. They didn't get their money so they cancelled my account, without any notice or warning of any kind. Now they refuse to refund my money because they cancelled me!!!!! They are quick to sign you up and take advantage of seniors and disabled vets like myself. If you don't like it or want your money back you have to hire an attorney and pay a lot more just to get your money back. I suppose it's better to support a local attorney than Oxcarcare.
