Ox Car Care are scammers! My engine light came on after I had their policy for three months. I took the car to a Professional Auto Repair that has excellent reputation in our community. The did diagnosis of the problem and submitted it to Ox Car Care. It took Ox Car Care 3 days to get back to the auto repair shop. They denied the claim. No written explanation nor no phone call to me. I tried for days to contact them. Finally I called customer service as if I were a wanna be customer of their program. When the agent realized I was an existing customer he said he would talk to a manager. Guess what? I never got a call back nor an e-mail. I wisely paid them by American Express where I have been a member for 35 years. American Express has filed a Spam Notice against them and will be returning my monies for now five months of payments. American Express has BLOCKED the payments to them protecting me. I tried to call them again on January 18 getting busy line notice never speaking to anyone. Their message said if you want them to call you hit # 1 which I did. It put me into a voice mail. hahaha SPAM
