They refused to pay for my oil change when they told me I get 4 oil changes a year this was in January of 2023 ... they refused to fix my car also so I called the person I talked to said I would get a refund because the way I was treated... I canceled my policy after all of that... it has been overwhelming now they are texting me saying I have missed a payment and I won't get a refund because they canceled me do to nonpayment so they need to get better customer service people that knows how to do their job and treat customers better...
