I GAURANTEE IT WILL TAKE OVER AN HOUR TO TALK TO SOMEONE!! My customer's claim took almost one month to get declined. The reason they didn't cover the transmission? Oh because there was an engine oil leak also and they deemed that as a lack of maintenance. What does the engine oil leak have to do with the transmission failure?
