This company is the biggest scam. We have left our truck at the shop for over two weeks, because if you don't they will automatically deny your claim and say you shouldn't have driven the truck no one from our company has been out to expect it, but yet when you call and try to talk to someone they tell you that it all has to be handled by email. So, our mechanic shop has emailed them many times, trying to get someone to come out and inspect the truck in order to get the repairs done. Nope they won't send anyone, so we can't get the repairs done unless we want to pay the $4,000 or it's denied but yet they won't send anyone out from their company to look at the truck. Mind you this is the second time we have had our truck has been in and they didn't cover any of the first repair ,but yet they take your money every month. This company is nothing but a big scam and should not be allowed to stay in business. Every review you read on google it's clients getting scammed.
