I recently signed up with this company, I created an account with one vehicle, then I was told I can provide another vehicle that for a better benefit, therefore I do so. When it was time for my automatic payment to occur, the payment was successful, the next three days another payment occurred on my account, I contact the company and they admitted the second payment was in error, the representative was going to call me back to fix the issue, as the day went by, I received no call. I had to call numerous of time to get the issue ratified, the company representatives where so rude, as they were switching me around to multiples reps, I was beginning to remember their names and even got hung up on twice, I was told that the supervisor said I was not entire to a refund. Finally another rep funded me half of my payment within the same day and stated there was a admin fee , that was nonrefundable on the other half, The contract was canceled before 30 days of the sale, the radio advertisement states, you will receive a return, also it states that on my contract of sale, right now I am pursuing to receive my funds back in returned. I am disappointed with the non-transparency of customer service staff. Hopefully this investigation gets resumed within this matter and appropriate action to be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
