I had to pay out of pocket for tow truck. ox car care never helped with my oil change. when i cancel their service for one of my car they still took money out of my account. so i called back to re-cancel, and the manager i spoke to was very rude and disrespecful when i ask for his name he rudly said if you were listening you wound know my name, and he refuse to give me his name so i can make a complaint
