I haven't had a bad experience with Ox Car Care but Lord knows the reviews are absolutely terrible just like Protect My Car .com. Thank God for the reviews here. Seems like all the reviews on here pount to phone calls with supervisors and management being very rude. Heck no. I will not purchase any additional warranty from this company!
