I absolutely hate Ox Car Care with every fiber in my body. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have to take Lexapro each time I get off the phone with this company. I called to cancel a policy that I did not give permission to even start. They still charge my account for another month and I’ve been going back-and-forth for two months to get my $240 refund. This has to be illegal what they do.
