Ox car care is a scam. I cancelled my service agreement and I was still charged a full monthly premium and then they denied my refund. The customer service rep Danny ID 2540 was rude, highly unprofessional and sassy. I asked for a manager which he denied and he said they don’t have managers and then finally advised me they called them Supervisors. I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Alex personal ID 2582 he was highly professional and explained the company’s reason for denying my refund. I’m still not happy but not much I can do at this point.
