I can’t believe what a tip off ox car really is paid my monthly bill for 2 years my water pump went and the car was in the shop for 3 weeks and every time I call I was told it was in review, all in all it took a month for them to ok it but for only a small amount I had to fork out the rest ox car is a scam then I cancelled one of my cars and they said they needed the mileage??? For what ? Why you need that info I’m canceling. Car shield is the way to go , had it on another car 7500 in repairs and got the ok while I was waiting for the loaner car and paid the whole repair !!! See ox car I will be putting you on blast if how bad you guys are car shield I’m coming home . Ox you suck
