My Name is Anthony Baker I am a customer of Ox Car Care sense 06-08-2024. I am so disappointed, so upset with the service and treatment I have been getting with your OX CAR CARE claim service team. My SUV broke down on me when I got to work back in January and it’s still in the shop as of today. waiting for your claim dept. I have given the claim dept. all my information and invoices they wanted. One of your claim representatives named Eric told me, and I quote “we have to protect the company “. I pay on my policy faithfully. But OX CAR CARE has FAITHFULLY disappointed me. I have been very patience. It took OX CAR CARE about 2 months just to reimburse me my tow bill that I paid for to have it towed. Your AD says OX CAR CARE supply us with a complementary rental vehicle. Well, I haven’t received that rental as of today. The dealer have sent the pictures of the timing that OX CAR CARE wanted and they are waiting to fix my SUV. Please, I WANT OX CAR CARE TO STAND BY IT’S WORD and have my LAND ROVER LR4 FIXED ASAP.
