I keep getting the run around, when I tried to cancel my policy with them. Emailed them with the email address on their website, plus the email address they gave me. They were suppose to give me a confirmation number, but instead, not once, but twice they put me on hold while there were taped messages of testimonies on how great this company was. All BS.
