I emailed an estimate to Ox 4 months ago. Every time I called to find out why it hadn't been ok'd they told me that they need something else. They never contacted me to tell me they needed something, I had to call them. Finally after 4 months they paid for my repairs. When I bought the warranty I was told that I had the top of the line policy but when I turned in a claim for an electrical problem for close to $2,000 they denied the claim. I sold the truck, now I need to cancel my policy. After reading these reviews, I'm worried that I will get another run around. They customer service was always good about answering my questions but its the claims department that sucks.
