The absolute worst experience ever. If I could give this company "0" stars I would. The customer service is very unprofessional. They absolutely do not care about their customers. We currently have a vehicle that has been in the shop since Aug 22nd. It is now Sep 2. We were told that it would be 3-5 business days for the final review of the claim to be approved which should have been at the latest 4 days ago however we are still waiting. We are now on business day 7. We have premium coverage to which the issue with our vehicle is covered. Also, a rental is suppose to be included however, a rental won't be granted because the "labor" has to be 8 hours or more but for our repair, its only an hour worth of work. However, we are a military family with small children and are unable to physically go to work unless we pay cab or uber fees, but what do they care, its not them being inconveniced. We have used other companies in the past that gave us a 24-48 turn around time and we had our vehicle back quickly after. However we heard about OxCarCare and decided to take a chance since they "worked" with military families. We have never been treated so poorly. Also, I don't understand how we can be told within a matter of seconds what is covered in our policy but it takes "3-5" business days or longer to approved it. Everyone we have spoken to has been rude, talked over us, don't respond back like they claim and refused to allow us to speak with a manager because "the conversation begins and ends" with the customer service department or claims department. There is no sympathy or empathy with this company. They take your money like clock work but make you bend over backwards to contact them in order to make sure that they haven't forgotten about you.
