I have purchased another order and received my products promptly. One of the pre work outs I received was not to standard it should be. Sometimes they can get moisture in them. I contacted Oxygen Nutrition and they immediately assisted me with my problem and sent a new one out. I was happy with the respond and understanding of the issue. Customer service makes all the difference when buying on line
