The customer service I received was the best in years! I sent an email to the help line regarding the size if the shoes I bought.
Not only did I receive an email the next morning, I also received a call from the store explaining what I should be looking for but also how to put the shoes on and how to maintain them as well as how to wash and look after them.
Very happy to have had the chat with jay and I'll definitely be recommending these guys to my friends.
