I've been a loyal customer for over two years, but after my latest experience, I’m done. I received an unsealed box with 5 bars missing—an unacceptable mistake for any business, let alone one that claims to be professional. Instead of owning up and resolving the issue quickly, their response was to push the blame on me and ask for batch numbers—information they should already have from their own fulfillment records. Expecting customers to do their job for them is ridiculous. If this is how they treat regular customers, imagine what first-timers go through. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’ll be making sure others know exactly how they operate. Avoid at all costs. You’ve been warned
