Joel, Jackson and the folks at Oxygen Nutrition have given me a fantastic customer experience from day 1. I found their website when I was looking for the best price on some protein bars I bought at a health food store. Given the price and free delivery, I HAD to order from them. Soon after, I realised that their shopfront was 10 minutes from where I lived, and so I randomly dropped in to find out if I could exchange something I'd ordered by mistake for something else. Joel not only facilitated an on-the-spot exchange, but also threw in a freebie for me to try. Know what? Months later, I still get my health stuff from them, the freebies I get allow me to explore products I might have never known of otherwise. Some of these make it into my next order - and some don't.
