- the items were of really bad quality and sent in a paper box with any protection. - I am still waiting to have the refund of two of the three times I sent back. It seems they have lost the items in their warehouse but despite they know have been lost in their warehouse, so it is basically their problem, they refuse to refund the customer. It has been more than a month and despite I called multiple times and sent a few email, they are stil unable to issue a refund. Don't buy from this retailer. The quality of the items is horrible and they have also an awful customer service/refund process.
