I ordered a number of items in the last week of November intending some of them as Christmas presents. They never arrived. The courier in ireland was Fastways and they told me they could not deliver it as they were missing records. I had to ring Oysho customer service 5 times to try and sort it out (even though I do not think it is the job of the customer to do this). I found the customer service agents massively unhelpful and one of them actually belligerent and rude. Delivery was never attempted and the items were sent back to Oysho and they refused to resend them to me even after six weeks of waiting for them. They told me to go back on the website and reorder and some of the items might be available - incredibly bad customer service. I am still waiting on a refund. Do not buy from this company ,everything they stock is available from similar brands. They do not care about their customers. WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS EVER !!!!
