I was customer for 1 year all was good. Quality(90%) clothes,quite high prices. Quick delivery.
But! Customer service is bad its takes 3-4 days to get answer. Twice my delivery was not delivered(Royal Mail not sign in service) and I was home that days! Oysho insist that my parcel is delivered! No parcel no money. Minus 1 customer !
