Awful customer service, it has been 3weeks, since I bought. My package got lost in the mail. They had nothing to do under this terrible situation, replied auto-made response against my complain. I am the one who found my package lost by contacting Fedex. I am still waiting for their sincere answer and confirmation for refund.
On top of that, Live chat was suck, I haven’t seen it was working properly.
To be honest, they even do not deserve one star.
