What a god awful company. Took them 5 days to reply about one missing item in my order.
“Hi sorry we don’t deliver to hotels” I DONT LIVE AT A HOTEL and THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MISSING PANTS! PIGS!!!!
On top of the missing pants a second parcel is meant to come and I asked them to update its tracking and guess what!! They completely ignored that request and not I have to wait “1-2” working days for them to answer when that really means 5.
AVOID. AVOID THEY ARE CROOKS.
