Ordered online and received an item that was clearly worn - it was marked and had no label on it. I contacted customer service 4 times about the issue over the course of a month and still haven’t received a response other than to say the concern had been forwarded to the correct department after 3 weeks of contact. truly awful customer service and disgusting to receive an item that’s clearly used, wouldn’t buy from them again
