Oysho has been my worst shopping experience and has a poor customer service.I bought a dress and because the adress on my Oysho account was wrong they didn't deliver.After i talked to the customer service and changed my adress, they sent the dress back and did't even inform me about that.Moreover they didn't refund me immediatly and said i had to wait another 15 days. They didn't ask if i want to be refunded or place a new order.They deserve zero stars. They don't respect their customers.Awful experience!
