I ordered my leggins over a month ago and never received them,although Royal Mail says that my parcel has been delivered.
I contacted them over 10 TIMES and nobody has been able nor willing to help me by giving me a refund or resend my order.
They keep saying that they’re going to issue a refund but it never happened.
I’ve never experienced a worst customer service. EVER!
It’s very disappointing and I will never shop with Oysho again.
Now after a month I still do not have my parcel nor received my Refund.
It’s simply disgraceful and unprofessional.
