Went to the city for an afternoon tea as it was booked few weeks ago. Not knowing it was going to be 32 degrees big mistake. On the way back I was at Tottenham Court Road Underground Station and felt really ill and sick as the heat wave really got to me. A lovely gentleman called Carlinton help me and escorted me to the toilets. He was really kind helpful and smiled all the way through. He was a real gem. Thank you
