Company is an absolute joke! I give 0 stars. You increase the prices of a bus fare and cannot even send the buses on the allocated time plus there is constantly traffic so what are we paying for?? To be late, to freeze because of delays??
Before leaving my house I check the time of the bus so I limit how long I stay outside due to raynauds. It said 3 minutes. I am in the freezing cold and pouring rain for 15 minutes!! In pain not being able to feel my feet for a bus that said 3 minutes. Because of this I was not able to get to my class. Thanks a lot tfl!!!!
