Waste of money time and a big time Inconvenience. Used the app to top up and my oyster was not credited. It’s says upto 30 mins and it’s been over two hours. I now had to borrow money to travel like I just didn’t top up over £50. Not to mention the uses lady at Stratford station with her rubbish customer service, no eye contact just pure attitude.
